RK Smart Homes is a design and construction company specialising in sustainability. We produce energy efficient, passive solar homes. With a little extra care upfront, our homes produce lifelong rewards for occupants: think reduced energy bills, a smaller carbon footprint, less waste and homes that are comfortable all year round. And they are not necessarily more expensive to construct than a ‘standard’ home.Our experienced team consider every detail so, together, we can make a big difference. From low-cost holiday homes through to large, luxurious family homes, our holistic approach is changing the building landscape in WA for the better.

As a custom builder, we’re all about working together with our clients to achieve truly personalised homes. As a small team we offer an outstanding service where you will be walked through the full design and build process. To ensure there are no surprises down the track, our site manager and project manager will be involved right from the outset.Our process allows for flexibility throughout the project. We take the time to ensure a high quality result for every project.
While our strength is in designing and developing from concept to completion, we can start working with you at any stage of your project.
